The Winter Gardens


Since it first opened on July 11th 1878, The Winter Gardens has become a unique building with a long heritage –playing host to HM Queen Elizabeth II and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, Presidents, Prime Ministers, Lord Mayors, stars of stage, screen, TV and music as well as people from all walks of life.

The Complex offers a wide variety of venues for events ranging from small private business lunches to large scale conferences and exhibitions. There are 11 main separate spaces over 2 floors, including the Opera House (the largest theatre stage outside London), the Empress Ballroom and the Olympia Exhibition Hall.


Blackpool Pleasure Beach


Blackpool Pleasure Beach is an amusement park situated along the Fylde coast in Blackpool, Lancashire, England. The park was founded in 1896 and has been owned and operated by the Thompson family since its inception.


Blackpool North Shore Golf Club - Blackpool


Blackpool North Shore Golf Club is a private members club set in 98 acres, situated 500 yards from the North Promenade and 2 miles from the town centre of Blackpool. Blackpool is the premier English resort on the North West Coast of England. The course is a links type course with rolling fairways and good-sized greens. Its traditional and well-furnished Club House offers magnificent views of the Lake District, the Forest of Bowland, Bleasdale Fells and the Pennine Hill range.


Blackpool Football Club


Blackpool Football Club Formed in 1889. Blackpool's newly-rebuilt Bloomfield Road ground is a stadium ready for the future. In 2005 it played host to three Group A games in the UEFA European Women's Championship. The official Blackpool Football Supporters Club is BSA, the Blackpool Supporters Assocoation. Our committee is elected by its members. Blackpool FC fully support our Association, and through our fund raising efforts, we put funds directly back into the club by sponsoring matches and players.


Blackpool Tower


Blackpool Tower is a tourist attraction in Blackpool, Lancashire, England, which was opened to the public on 14 May 1894. Inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris, it is 518 feet tall and is the 120th tallest freestanding tower in the world.
